Policies & Procedures

– Delivery –

HealthCoach will deliver lunch daily at the delivery time you indicate. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your lunch if you will be traveling for business or going on vacation. To cancel lunch on a particular day, please call by 9:30 am that same morning.

– Billing –

The first 3 months of your HealthCoach service fee will be billed upfront to your credit card and then monthly thereafter. Meals will be billed to your credit card weekly. You will automatically be billed each month until we are notified. Refunds will not be issued after the 3 month commitment is made.

– Cancellations –

Cancellations should be made by the 1st or the 15th of each month. To cancel the HealthCoach nutrition program, please call 212-920-0070 or contact us online.
– Minimum Commitment 3 Months –
